Dedicated to artisan baking, our products are made in small batches using
traditional methods. We roll, shape and cut all of our baked goods by hand.
Everything we make is all natural, no preservatives.
We use locally milled organic flour, salt from the sea and real butter.

The first time we heard “My grandmother used to make those cookies,
but yours are better!” we celebrated. Inspired by authentic recipes,
our products reflect a devotion to tradition.
