Rustica BakingHome Page

Freshly baked anise sweet bread from Toledo, Spain; wild thyme
and rosemary growing on the hillsides of Provence; piles of perfumed olives
in Marrakesh; making homemade butterscotch ice cream with my dad;
picking wild blueberries on our farm growing up – and then baking them into
cakes in my grandmother’s kitchen – these are some of the food memories that motivate and sustain us.

It is our hope that Rustica inspires your personal food adventures.

“Your wine crackers are like crack.
I can only eat them when I’m alone so I don’t have to share.”

“What great combinations of flavors and wonderful textures.
Your cookies, cakes and crackers are unique. They remind me of my grandmother’s
treats so they have that homey feel but they are truly special enough to give as gifts.”

appreciate you both. You are definitely a wonderful addition to the community
with your attention to detail, beautiful packaging which doesn't overshadow the fine
choice of ingredients and combination of flavors. Thank you for being here.”
